Your privacy is extremely important to us. We have strict guidelines in place to respect your privacy regarding any information we collect while operating our products.
This section describes the information that we may collect from individuals who visit the Konnected website (https://www.konnected.co/) or the Quiltspace website (https://www.quiltspace.co) (collectively, the “Sites”):
We may be required to share information in our possession with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will access, preserve and disclose any Personal Information collected from our users to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal processes (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Konnect Industries, LLC or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be – or to pose a risk of being – any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 years of age, and no portion of our Services is directed to children under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please notify us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
If you have any questions about our privacy practices, you may email us at any time at email@example.com. If you wish to remove your personal information from our servers, please send an email requesting the deletion to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your information from our systems as soon as practicable, provided some backup copies may remain for a short period of time thereafter before their removal. Making such a request will also delete your account information in its entirety from the Apps.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits users of our Services who are California residents to request and obtain a list of the personal information – if any – that we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made once a year and are free of charge.
If you have any questions about this policy or suggestions for improvements, please contact us at email@example.com.
