• When you use the Konnected mobile application or the Quiltspace mobile application (collectively, the “Apps”), you may be asked to provide personal information for your registration and/or profile that may include the following:
  • Name, email, and photo/profile image, among other things (collectively, “Profile Information”).
• When you create an account with us, you may choose to log into the Apps using a third-party social media account (e.g., Facebook, Google, etc.). In this instance, we collect the login identifier and password from the social media account with which you choose to log in (“Social Information”).
• If your device enables location services for the Apps, we will collect information about your location when you use the Apps.
• You may choose to connect with other users or send messages to them in the Apps, in which case we may collect relevant data reflecting your interactions with these users.

This section describes the information that we may collect from individuals who visit the Konnected website (https://www.konnected.co/) or the Quiltspace website (https://www.quiltspace.co) (collectively, the “Sites”):

• If you contact us by email or by filling out a contact form on our Sites, we may record the information that you provide (such as contact information and correspondence).
• We may collect information reflecting the use of our Sites – such as browser type, operating system version, click behavior, and connection speed – in order to improve and optimize our Sites. None of this data reflects the identity of any individual user.

• We use your Profile Information and Social Information to populate a profile that is visible to other users of the Apps.
• We may use your Personal Information to authenticate access to your user account via email (including through the use of Social Logins).
• We may use your location, if available, to tailor the Apps to you and offer you more relevant information about your event, location, or other nearby users.
• We may use information about your interactions inside the Apps to improve our Services.
• We use third party analytics tools to collect, review and analyze user behavior data with respect to our Apps. This data may be used to improve our Apps and to provide event organizers with insights into user engagement at their event(s).
• Users of the Apps may send a request to team@quiltspace.co to request that their Personal Information be deleted from our systems and not shared further with app users or other third parties. Note that this may require you to delete your user account in its entirety from the Apps.

• We use cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of our Sites, and their website access preferences. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using our Sites, with the drawback that certain features of our Sites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
